ABOUT & TRUST
A clearer way to understand AI capabilities.
Capability Index is a registry for understanding tools and services before you or your AI sets them up.
What is a Capability?
A Capability is a tool or service that gives you or an AI a specific ability. It might arrive as a CLI, SDK, API, skill, integration, or another mechanism—but the ability is the canonical object in this Index.
What the Index does—and doesn’t do
It organizes recorded facts about what a Capability does, needs, connects to, and can change. AuraMatrix never installs or runs a Capability, grants authority, stores credentials, recommends a tool, or claims it is safe. Current records also do not establish which AI hosts can use a Capability.
Trust states
- Limited info
- Information has not been established. This means neither safe nor unsafe.
- Not yet verified
- The Index does not hold qualifying verification evidence for the Capability.
- Verified — scope recorded
- Qualifying evidence exists for a recorded scope and time. It is not blanket certification, safety approval, or recommendation.
Claims, sources & evidence
“Claimed provider” is attribution from the record, not verified identity or ownership. A source shows where information came from and when it was observed. Verification evidence is a separate, stricter record.
Sponsored separation
Sponsored placements, if introduced, are labeled and kept separate from organic results. Payment cannot change organic ranking, trust, evidence, or canonical facts.
